1. Overview
Whale Tea ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with our website and stores.
2. Information We Collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to share it with us — for example, when you contact us, place an order, or sign up for updates. This may include your name, phone number, and email address.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, process and manage orders, and — where you have opted in — send you updates about Whale Tea. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings.
5. Maps and Third-Party Services
Our store locator displays map data from OpenStreetMap. When you view the map, your browser requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap, whose use of data is governed by the OpenStreetMap Privacy Policy.
6. Contact
For any questions about this Privacy Policy, please get in touch. You can find contact details for both of our stores on our Find Us page.
